Low Profile beveled VISION LITE

Recommended for applications where matching wood finish is required on fire rated doors.

Specifications & Standard Features:

Material: 20 gauge CRS frame prime coated with .018 thick wood veneer.

Construction: Radius Corners, mitered and welded. Continuous glass retainer, countersunk mounting holes in the bevel. Wrapped with wood veneer.

Finish: Wood veneer, to be finished by others.

Door: For 1-3/4 thick door.

Fasteners: #8 x 7/8" flathead Phillips SMS with wood veneer plugs to cover screw heads.

Glass: Use 3/16", 1/4", 5/16" fire rated glazing with Warnock Hersey (ITS) or U.L. classification marking for the fire rated applications

Options:
UBC-7-2: • Positive Pressure UL10C 20 minute combustible core wood doors install 1/16" x 1/2" FGS4500 intumescent tape under glass retainer.

NOT REQUIRED FOR 45, 60, 90 MINUTE DOORS OR DOORS COMPLYING TO UL10B

Veneer: • Standard veneer available: red oak, white oak, white birch, Honduras mahogany, maple, cherry.
